Certified Yoga Instructor
I began practicing yoga in the early 2010s in search of a workout. Instead, I found a transformative practice that helped me manage my mental health. Though I have received my 200 hour certification under Lizzie Clark and Julia Gilchrist, I still consider myself a student first and try a new class in every city I visit.
I trained in Vinyasa and 26&2 and am deeply committed to accessible and inclusive yoga—honoring the rich tradition, spirituality, and cultural significance of the practice.
Picture a wave. In the ocean. You can see it, measure it, its height, the way the sunlight refracts when it passes through. And it's there. And you can see it, you know what it is. It's a wave.
And then it crashes in the shore and it's gone. But the water is still there. The wave was just a different way for the water to be, for a little while
