In March 2021, I joined WillowTree as a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist, where I focused on scaling the Intern, New Grad, and Apprentice programs. Within five months, I was promoted to Associate Director, Early Talent, and worked to build a best-in-class talent programs team. My early recruiting career was spent at MongoDB, where I played an instrumental role in the company's growth pre and post IPO. In September 2016, I joined MongoDB as the company's first Campus Recruiting Coordinator, where I supported two recruiters and scheduled hundreds of interviews. In just five months, I was promoted to Campus Recruiter, and over the next 2.5 years, I visited elite universities across the country and recruited hundreds of deeply technical interns and new grads.
In August 2019, I moved into a Senior Campus Recruiter role where my responsibilities shifted to higher-level strategy, metrics, reporting, and mentoring junior team members. In 2020, I presented at the virtual URx Forward Conference on data-driven decision-making for determining target universities.
The work I am most proud of at MongoDB was creating a development program for sophomore interns in 2020, which allowed the company to maintain its full intern class without rescinding any offers due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This program was a critical part of our strategy for navigating the challenges posed by the pandemic and ensured that we continued to attract top students.
